I'm sorry to write a negative review, but these are so difficult to watch. Marc's performance style is so utterly soul destroying, it's a challenge to get through to the methods.

That said, the methods do have some good nuggets, hence the three stars. If you can find written descriptions of the effects, then watching the explanations will be fine, but if you have to sit through his performance, then you may not enjoy so much.
