This is only ten dollars but it's ten that I feel has been stolen from me. At this rate, it's just
a matter of time until I quit purchasing anything from Penguin. You can't perform this effect with
the newer credit cards where the numbers are not raised. PERIOD! Why Penguin chooses to sell
something that will not work is beyond me. Keep your ten bucks and pass on this. Don't be fooled
by all the phoney baloney reviews.
yeah ... just a simple look at my bank card revealed there are no 'indented' characters anymore... while it was before ... It's 'flat' now. Of course this guy just was following at his time regulations. Don't take him responsible for that!! This shows how ever-changing regulations and manufacturings regulations constantly change the landscape... Just be aware... See my earlier comments!!! Certain features will be 3D or 4D ....
