This is only ten dollars but it's ten that I feel has been stolen from me. At this rate, it's just
a matter of time until I quit purchasing anything from Penguin. You can't perform this effect with
the newer credit cards where the numbers are not raised. PERIOD! Why Penguin chooses to sell
something that will not work is beyond me. Keep your ten bucks and pass on this. Don't be fooled
by all the phoney baloney reviews.

Absolutely loved it and was very exited though the whole tutorial. A lot of great thinking and work
went into this routine. Like I said , I really like the whole routine. It wasn't until I went to set
this up myself very eager to practice when I realized that this will not work with many of the newer
credit cards in the US. Very disappointing.

Psychic Criminal is a well-thought out, clever routine.
I would use it if it weren't for
the primary method for learning the bank card number.
It was an immediate red flag when my
own bank card was incompatible with the method. The type of bank card that this relies on is quickly
going by the wayside, at least in the USA.
I really wish that this wasn't the case, but I
simply can't perform this routine.

I really like Chris's thinking here on this lovely two-part mentalism routine which will either play
close-up or on stage. Everyone has some kind of bank or credit card so it is all organic. For
phase I, the technique is as old as the hills, but at the end of the nearly one-hour download, Chris
showed how to make the method even more deceptive with a terrific subtlety for these types of
routines. Brilliant! And for part II, I sussed out the method immediately--I'll explain shortly
that that is not a criticism--but his routining so that you end completely clean is perfect. This
is really great, and it's easy to see why Titans like Jermay, Paul, Salem, and Kennedy love it too.
It's going right into the repertoire.
OK, here's my humble addition--and how I figured the
method. The ubiquitous, smart-thinking Devin Knight has a short ebook called Credit Card
Divination, which use a similar, but simpler, method. (Part of the theory behind the effect is found
in one of the Johnny Thompson's Naked Mentalism books.) It would make a great add-on. If you are
lucky, you will not only be able to determine which envelope but also what type of credit card and
the digits.
Check out Pyschic Criminal, a fine, deceptive mentalism routine.

I love this trick. I only gave it 3 stars because I can't find usable envelopes. Does anyone in
the U.S. know where I can find good envelopes for this trick? I bought some from Office max (Office
Depot #1 Coin Envelopes), but they're too thick.
I press until my hand cramps and I still can't
get an impression clear enough to read.

I love the idea, after testing I can say there is places with out good light conditions that didnt
work for me.. but after all a good price for a gem.

This is essentially Credit Guard in Chris's Leading Thoughts release for close-up with some useful
new ideas and subtleties. If you know the Credit Guard routine, this makes a great addition as it
shows how you can take the stage version close-up in a walkaround set and includes new tips and
information which Chris hasn't released before.

I like this piece.
A lot of real world experience has gone into this routine and Chris
guides you step by step through the whole thing.
Methodologically its sound and simple
which means that you can really focus on the presentation. Chris' clever mention of PIN number (as
he has routined this) actually raises the emotional bar and I am sure that in the recounting of this
routine the spectator will add to the effect as they recall it.
In all well worth the
investment.
I'm not overly sure about doing it on stage, but it is something that would
work superbly in more intimate settings which is where I will use it.
1st class , so easy to do, will be doing this in my acts all the time, nobody will ever work it
out--- fantastic
For someone who works table hopping for a living this is a great piece of mentalism.
Reliable
method, easy reset, it builds to a very strong finish.
