If you are a beginner mentalist or just want to heighten your mentalism, this book is probably not for you. It takes some serious practice and you will be able to perfect muscle reading in about a year depending on how well it comes to you. This was definitely a great buy for me because i'm really into mentalism, but if you just want some quick tricks then this is just not your style.
