First, let me make a disclosure. I am a big Paul Gordon fan. I have all his books and DVD's. His
Routines are audience tested and very Commercial. I am a Professional Close Up Magician that is
current performing at a Water Park for the Summer. I use a number of Paul's routines (Corner of
Picadilly, Diminishing Not Likely, World's Fastest Card Trick) along with standards such as Coins
Across and the Chop Cup. Paul's routines always go over big time. So when I heard that Paul was
doing a new Lecture ordering it was a no-brainer (I already have 2 of his other recent Lectures). I
ordered this Lecture over a month ago and I have been waiting with baited breath to view it. I
downloaded and watched it last evening and it was definitely worth the wait! The new handling for
Head to Head Poker was worth the price of the lecture alone. But that is just the beginning! In this
lecture Paul teaches some excellent(and commercial) Routines, some great sleights (even though I
already knew most of these sleights I still learned some handling improvements), shares hard won
advice from a professional in the trenches and answers many good questions that Magicians submitted.
Paul is a great teacher. His explanations are clear and include all the small details which make
the difference to a successful presentation. My favorite Routines in the Lecture include Tenkai
Collectors, JC's Stealth Assembly and Gem in Eye. A must buy!
