Magic Tricks

I had never seen Gene Anderson perform before, let alone lecture, so I was doubly pleased with this Penguin Live!

He is very creative and engaging, and explains things well (in PowerPoint to boot!). He is mainly a parlor type magician and the effects he shares are definitely workers. His magic shows great construction and does not rely on complex sleight of hand, so I think it would be accessible by anyone.

I was intrigued by his lecture that I immediately ordered his new book!

I am a sleight, move monkey kind of guy, but I really liked this lecture.
