I had to stop watching this within a minute of watching the live performance. That's an absolute
first. Ever. And I'm old. Unbelievable that this was released. Now I see why the ad copy was so
useless. This obviously didn't even warrant a written description. This is something your elementary
school math teacher might try on the class. But only if the class was remedial..
This was
the worst magic purchase in recent memory.
Possibly ever.
The fact that you stopped watching after one minute makes your "review" completely irrelevant. Why would you even bother taking the time to write a "review" when you haven't even seen the material? If you hated it enough to turn it off without actually watching it, your review should state that, and stop right there.
Yes, I don't understand how you can review a trick you didn't watch.
Also, why is your review so mean? I can understand not liking a trick, but here it just seems like you were looking for an excuse to be mean. Also, it's a GREAT trick. But anyway, I see you're a verified buyer, so I thank you for your purchase. But seriously, please don't buy any of my tricks in the future if you're going to leave them bad reviews after watching for less than a minute.
Maybe I need to type slower for you gents.
Here we go again.
The effect as advertised, is NOT how it is performed.
Had I seen even "one minute" of a true reflection of this effect, I'd have passed it by.
Notice I said "reflection". I do not expect ad copy that divulges methods. I do expect more acuracy though. For instance, had the ad copy stated, "A wonderful effect! Your third grade math students will think you are the coolest! You'll be known as the teacher that makes learning fun!!" Or, "Impress the other kids in your homeroom! Your parents will be amazed!"
Either of those examples would be closer to accurate.
Anyway, I'm torn to pieces that you've effectively ruined my future in this field.
Not being welcome to buy Rick Lax releases from now on...well, it's kind of devestating.
I hope you will reconsider. Forgive me, and my anger. I tend to get that way when people double down, instead of being decent.
I have to agree with the reviewer, I too thought this was litterily the worst trick I've ever seen, let alone bought. The impact is virtually non existent. It is such a boring extremely unimpressive trick, I just can't possibly imagine how in the world this could ever be chosen to perform in an impromptu situation when there are millions of other people's tricks that are not only way better but are actually tricks worth watching. You could see the audience in the live performance patiently waiting for the grand finale but it really never came. They modestly expressed very slight amazement to be polite but wow was this so called "trick" ever a let down. It's unfortunate because Rick has definitely released some very powerful mind blowers but this one is definitely not worth a penny in my opinion.
***I meant "millions of other impromptu tricks" NOT "other people's"
