The method is robust, and the exact workings are not obvious, but the general idea is easily picked
up on. Not giving anything away, but you need them to focus on their word multiple times in a
specific way. If I were into new age mumbo jumbo this highly process driven thing could be disguised
as part of a ritual. But for a straight mentalist the process didn't make it seem more random, it
just points to the method in a general way. No one will be able to replicate it, but they have a
correct guess as to how it's done. Maybe I'm not looking through the right lense to see how to hide
this so I read the instructions recommended presentation and it basically says come up with your
own. To me, the script is the only way of hiding the method. And not helping out with hiding it is
like buying a levitation and the instructions saying "the wires are visible, so rely on your own
creativity to find a way to hide them". You would walk away feeling like you paid for a not fully
developed trick, and sadly that's how I feel about this effect.
