The idea is great and the concept amazing. You get everything you need, including great teaching.

But...

As it has been stated already - one major thing has been left out of the trailer. A certain question you need to ask the audience without you couldn't perform this trick. That's why i think the trailer is misleading and that's why i don't give 5 stars. I am also pretty sure they left it out of the trailer on purpose simply to create even more hype around it.

I totally agree. Wonderful deck but misleading trailer-you are not performing this that clean.

@Atatoin well... not sure what we can or can't say. Basically you have to ask your aduience one question to get an "idea" about their card.. so in other words.. its not like they think of it, you choose, they say it and you show it. It's they think of it, you ask something, they answer, you choose, you show.

Would appreciate the questions
Or queries implied here..

Difficult to get 50/50

However, more important to include
This missing question??

Would appreciate info...

What you are getting is not a trick. It's a deck.

The deck can be used *exactly* as presented in the trailer -- that is, without asking any questions before cutting the cards. Risky? Sorta. But worth it.

But there are lots of other ways to use it, too: see the examples at the end of the video (e.g., the routine from Steve Valentine).

@jpleddington sorry, but this is definitely not true. if you do not ask "that question" before you lift up the deck, the chances to get it wrong are higher, than getting it right... 1/6 or 2/6 depending on how you wanna see it.

This should explain what question needs to be asked. It's someone performing the trick without editing.

Since this has been discontinued, I'll tell you the question they ask. " It's a High card right? " If they answer yes, then you know it's 1 of 2 cards. If they shrug their shrolders or wave their hand, like rocking a boat or are silent. Then most likely, it's not high or low. The low cards will generally be answered with a blunt N.O. or " Far from being high." You can also do a stage or group version of something similar to tossed out deck, without asking the question or tossing out the deck, which is what penguin apparently has done. ( tossed out this trick! ) L.O.L.

I really don't get the negative that you have to ask a question to perform this mind blowing effect.
If you can't manage to get through this with 'presentation and patter', I suggest you practise your presentation and patter'.
