I'm not a frequent user of marked cards. This deck has the great advantage of looking just like a
standard Bicycle deck (the Mandolin will not put off the normal spectator).
The drawback is
that the markings require excellent vision to read. For me, no spring chicken, I have to put too
much attention on the cards, and they have to be too close. The extra "heat" this puts on the deck
makes it difficult for me to use. Younger eyes and bright lighting may make this useful for some.
And this isn't a slam at all. The trick with markings is the tradeoff between easy reading
and the possibility of getting caught.
