This may be my fault. This is my first time buying throw streamers. I was stupid enough to buy these, which has no instructions. I don't know how much I have to open the packet or how to hold it to get maximum effect. Most attempts go to the floor and gives a poor visual.

May be these are good for someone experienced with throw streamers, but for me they were disappointing and gave me next to nothing
