the product looks great but i ordered in from here almost 2 months now an every time the shipping
day comes they forward it, am i the only one having this issue ?
I'm having the same experience and was suppose to have mine shipped mid November. They emailed me with the following today "Yes, it was delayed another week. I just heard of that change yesterday. Sorry for the extra delay but I don't expect a much longer delay. The original delay was due to a defect in the manufacturing but I do not think that is the case this time.
Me too I am having same problems: ordered 4 deck for me and friends at the beginning of november and we are still waiting for them! First it was delayed at 13th December (more than one month later than I payed for) and yesterday it was delayed again at 20th December’ and neither a mail of excuses .... I am discovering this by myself just lookin at the tracking! I am very much disappointed
Penguin is patiently working on it. It's the manufacturing fault not theirs. If you wish it, it will come ;)
Is the dec 20 release date being honored?
What is policy for refund?
They refunded me I ordered in October and the date kept changing I sent an email and mine was refunded that day. Penguin does a great job working with you. I may order again when they get a good supply
I just got mine yesterday (12/21) and the deck looks great but came with NO instructions on how to perform the trick. There is also NO link to learn the trick online and it isn't listed under "My Downloads". Not much I can do with it and was hoping to perform it for some family and friends during Christmas celebrations. Very disappointed in the management of this deck release so far.
Forgot to mention...tried to get this resolved.

- Phone call during work hours went to voicemail, left message
- Sent e-mail to online support
- awaiting contact back from Penguin
Problem solved - write to the service department and they will add you to the online teaching program through “my downloads” within a few minutes.
Finally delivered December 26...
