AT first I thought, oh no, 100 minutes? And then I thought, oh no, just a one-head routine? But I
watched the whole thing and recommend it. Mr. Williams adds a couple of simple aspects that raise
the basic routine to a higher level. They are pretty simple really, but I never thought of doing
them. You may have to add instruction in other techniques or purchase an additional item, depending
on which routine you decide to use. However, he does a lot of additional basic instruction so you
do not necessarily need to add anything. You will need to decide on your preferred routine, think
it through and practice it, but there is nothing really difficult. I like this routine a lot.
