Beautiful teaching of a beautiful illusion! I'd prefer to see and hear more real-world performances and tips with this illusion. I'll have to try it out to see how to manage the audience to not want to see the cards since there is a gimmick involved.

If this helps, I give the red card to the spectator to hold while I show them the jokers and explain why you should never trust a joker. I show the jokers back and front then take the red card from them. This way it feels like they've seen all the cards involved and even touched them. I've never had anyone ask to see the cards. I dont know why but this seems to work. I use this a lot and LOVE it.
