To be fair, let me start off by saying that I am not a card magician, nor do I have any interest
performing card magic.
With that said, I feel like most of these routines weren't very
practical or very interesting to watch. Dan (of course) does a great job explaining, adding and
adjusting methods or presentations that would make it more suitable for today's audience.
Covering "every trick in the book" means explaining methods or routines that aren't as good,
strong or interesting as others. From part 1 of this lesson to part 2, I felt (personally) that
there was a decline of relevancy and practicality from the first to the latter.
You may
find something you like and will use; great. For me, it was a bust.
