There are 2 methods you can use in this so it doesn't matter your skill level you can perform this. I was a little worried about the "non-gimmicked" (for lack of a better word) but so far in practice, it has worked just as described. I am using it in a different manner than taught so I can't speak to whether or not it works well in those situations but all in all, I would recommend it.
