Placing Your First Order
Please don't feel discouraged if you're having difficulty placing your
first order with Penguin Magic. By following the steps below you should
be able to complete your checkout without any problems. If you continue
to have difficulty placing your order, please email our customer service
department immediately (CustomerService@PenguinMagic.com).
Step 1: Place the item or items you wish to purchase in your
shopping cart.
To place an item in your cart, simply click the "add to cart" icon. You
will find the "add to cart" icon to the right of the picture of the
product. Clicking the "add to cart" icon once will take you to a page
that displays the contents of your shopping cart. The item that you have
just added will be listed along with any other items you have already
added. At this point you have the opportunity to adjust the quantity of
your order by typing a different number in the quantity field and clicking
the "update" button.
To remove an item from your shopping cart simply mark the "remove" check
box and click "Update". At this point you can either continue shopping or
proceed to checkout.
Step 2: Proceed to checkout.
To proceed to checkout, simply click the "Checkout" button at the bottom
of your shopping cart, or click the green "Checkout" button that appears
always at the right side of your screen.
Step 3: Input your Account, Billing, and Shipping Information.
At this point returning customers are given the opportunity to Input their
User Name and Password. Don't worry about not having a Penguin Magic User
Name or Password. You will create your own Penguin magic account as you
proceed through the checkout process. Just click on the "click here to
proceed with checkout" button. You will then be prompted to enter your
personal information. The fields marked with * are required.
Step 4: Select a shipping method.
Step 5: Select a method of payment.
Step 6: Click to place your order.

Things to consider when choosing a shipping method
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes or FPO/APO addresses.
We do ship to FPO/APO address through the US Postal Service. Because of heightened securitye delvery times for FPO/APO addresses can take longer than
expected.
The estimates given above are based on "normal business days". Around the holidays shipments often take longer for delivery. Even shipments made
through UPS 2 Day and UPS Express can take longer during the holidays.
The Post Office may restrict service hours and days in local areas. The estimates above are based ona 6 day delivery week for USPS and a 5 day delivery
week for UPS.
We will be glad to replace any trick with a manufacturer's defect or
damage incurred during shipping. Please contact us and we will arrange
for replacement of your trick.
