I like when magic happens in one spot, when the spectators know what's going to happen, but they can't explain how it happens.
Focal Point is my three coin production. My good friend Kainoa Harbottle ( who also came up with the name for this effect) wrote up the non gaffed version in Genii, which I'm showing here along with a gaffed version that looks extremely magical. As a bonus I'm also teaching my slow motion karate coin handling that i love doing. It seems to never leave your sight. Get your coins and have fun with this three coin production i call Focal Point.

I took a chance on this tutorial based on the trailer video. Needless to say I'm so glad I did. I'm now looking for other material by Luiz. He has a fantastic way of conveying what has to happen and what you should be aware of. Coins require work if you want to do them justice, that's just plain and simple. Self working coins are great, but I was always looking at being able to manipulate regular coins and handout what I used. The options here are great and you'll be able to apply it to other workings as well. As you learn more and more handling's, your coin work just gets better. Love this tutorial. Hopefully we see more from Mr. Castro

Good material with an interesting way to recover a coin concealed on the wrist and a karate coin routine with nice subtleties. There are references but two are missing the thumb grip has to be referred to De Manche (not Tenkai) and the way to conceal the coin with the opposite thumb was perfectly demonstrated by Eric Jones in some of his DVDs or more recently At the Table
