I strongly recommend this. The first time I saw it, I was wowed. It's a knockout and uses a
borrowed, shuffled deck with no preparation. Pick up the deck and go.
A few people have
asked how Larry's version relates to Harry Lorayne's "Impromptu Out of This World." Larry reports
that they both start with U. F. Grant's "Nu Way Out of This World" for the first phase and they both
do something similar in the second phase, but Larry's handling and psychology in the second phase is
different. His work, derived from a piece by Gary Ouellet, uses strong misdirection to cover the
barest touching of the cards. There is no perceived "handling" or "moment" at the end, which better
disguises the subtlety involved.
The other versions I've seen are often over-handled (for
my liking) at the wrong time. Larry's version of the OOTW plot is so clean, so hands off. If you
could really do magic, this is how it would look. Five stars and it deserves more.

Let‘s face it...
We are all supposed to know OOTW - so yes, this is an adaptation of a well
known routine and one shouldn‘t expect a ground shattering revelation if you already perform this.
But that said - the little subtleteis I learned from this download are more than worth the
money.
For me this is the final word on impromptu OOTW!

I have been performing Out of This World for a few years now and I am scraping my routine for the
Larry Hass routine. This is easy to do, but more importantly more fooling than any other method I am
aware of. Buy this Download if you are an Out of This World Fan. Larry Hass's Way is now My Way

very good. very well presented. great infomation about the pater. i was always unhappy about the
switch of the cards on the right. larrys method sorts this out. keep this bit casual and do it when
the audience is looking at the other cards. glad i ordered this. thank you penguinmagic alan.

Larry has a wonderful way to explain tricks into make sure we all understand every step. A version
of this trick has been around for years but this is perfection. I have performed this for non
magicians and a group of magicians and not a single one of them had a clue. What I love about this
trick is that it doesn't take any well practiced sleight of hands or hours spent practicing. After
watching the how to video, you can perform this trick easily. I would recommend this to amateur
magician and advanced magicians alike. This will go in my hand full of tricks that I perform

Got the "Best of All Worlds" Book (in depth look @ OOTW which Vernon called the card trick of the
century) so sort of done a little study on the effect. Eugene Burger's method on L&L DVDs and his
Penguin lecture is the inspiration for this version. Both his and this one are excellent. Master
class here in both for convincers and structure. However, for a quick down and dirty OOTW (due to
the short attention spans of today's audiences who don't like to watch for long) Ryan Schultz's
version on his Super Strong and Super Simple dvd is the best.

A nice take on a classic with a simple but beautiful move at thd end to finish showing the color
matching cards. No sleight of hand involved. Overall good points on handling and presenting the
effect to multiple observers. Definitely worth the buy.

yourself a favor.

Except for Larry’s ponderous teaching style, this is a very clever trick.

This is, IMO, the culmination of a trick that has been around since Paul Curry created it in 1942 at
age 25.
The improvements are: a shuffled (not stacked) deck (or a borrowed deck which,
of course, no one has); no sleights required (although one is recommended); you start clean and end
clean: and, you have a plausible explanation of the matter AND finally, you make the trick all about
THEM, the spectator.
I have many stacked deck routines, this is a great closer!!
