Wow! I just spent $200.00 for maybe $10.00 worth of materials. The idea is good, (that’s why I upped
the rating by one star).
The ad copy is very deceiving. An additional step was completely
left out of the demonstration. The totally hands off approach is not at all true. Had they shown a
full, uncut, performance, I’m sure many magicians would have shied away.
I truly believe
anyone who shells out $200.00, of their hard earned money, will be deeply disappointed when their
CNTR-C package arrives.
I truly hope Penguin publishes this review. Their customers
deserve honesty in the trailers, especially for a product this expensive.

Let me go on record to say that I have never in the history of ever left a negative review on any
magic effect I have purchased. AND, I really do not want to leave one now. BUT, because of the cost
associated with this one, I feel a responsibility to give my true feelings about this one.
This, *FOR ME* was/is a total let down. I feel this way for 3 reasons.
1. PRICE.
Generally, I believe you should be able to charge as much as you like for your products. people will
decide for themselves if they value it enough to purchase. And, I still support that. However, it is
MY OPINION that this is absurdly over priced. I would place this at $50.00 for a reasonable price.
Because you receive a pretty good supply of envelopes and other "material", on the high end, I might
feel $75.00 would be a fair price as well. Anything over that, I think is a lot more then just a bit
much!
2. The trailer is not completely honest. It leads you to believe that something is
possible that is NOT really possible. It is not quite as "hands free, you never touch it" as you are
lead to believe. I will not say any more then that.
*IN MY OPINION* there are MUCH better
methods that does not cost nearly what this costs. PROTEUS gets much closer to what this promises,
and is by far a better price point.
For some, this might be the perfect answer for the
right person. But, it is NOT for me.

Buyers beware.
The idea is not worth two hundred dollars!

First of all, I want to say two points. The first point is not to buy on impulse. I bought two sets
directly and spent $400, because I think the effect is very worth it. I bought nearly $100000 props
in 10 years (it's no exaggeration). This is a very few that make me feel really unworthy Because the
price is too inconsistent with the actual product. The second point is that it can't work perfectly,
and sometimes it has something to do with people's writing strength. 400 dollars, It's sad,

The method is not a new idea. The choreography may be different, but the method has been used
elsewhere. In my opinion this is absurdly overpriced. Maybe if it had been priced at $25 or $30 it
would have been okay. A somewhat different handling of an existing method. There are alot of ways
to do a drawing duplication. Peeks, switches, impression pads, psy forces, etc. All have their
pros and cons. To spend $200 on a different handling just does not make any sense to me.

First off, I bought most of my everyday magic stuff at Penguin’s for years and I value their
customer service. That’s why I hope this review gets published. As a vivid collector and user of imp
pads and imp principles I was hard on the trigger for Ctrl-C until I was warned by a fellow from our
local magic circle.
The bad news: Ctrl-C is nothing new. Heck, it doesn’t even offer a creative
twist to the old method that was first published in 2010 but maybe around even earlier.
I know
what I’m talking about I have bought many similar products. They all use the same phenomenon in
different clever ways. Ctrl-C offers ZERO that I didn’t already knew or tried. Also, the ad is
misleading and doesn’t show a full performance for a reason.

Good idea but super over priced!!!

I received Control C and was disappointed in various ways. 1) First off the price is not justified
for what you get. 2) When I spend $200 on a trick I don't want to have to do "arts and crafts" to
make it work. It should have come all ready to perform for $200. And yes, this is not a new method.
Video deceiving and does not live up to advertisement of " You will know exactly what they drew"
with your back turned. Not the case. Not happy with this purchased.

The idea is excellent and you can have this as an every day carry. I have down graded my stars as I
do think it is over priced. However the effect is good.
