I was more disappointed with this trick than any other thing I have ever paid money for in my whole
life. :(
Total rippoff. You cant move cinder blocks (or anything for that matter) unless
you have X in the room (highly unlikely), and a slanted table (again, unlikely), and if no one sees
you place X.
In a sentence: the most pathetic trick I have ever bought.
DONT WASTE
YOUR MONEY. If you are looking for something PK use the tarantula, or Jump! or Spun, in fact
anything EXCEPT this trick. :P

The secret to illusion is something a lot of people will have already thought of long before buying
this trick it is a complete rip off!!!!!

This is an interesting idea that theoretically has some nice potential in the right time and place.
The main issue is that Dan stopped thinking WAAAAY too soon.Absolutely zero thought went into how to
actually get the gimmick from your ***** to where it needs to be. I wish you could see a clip of how
absolutely pathetically unnatural and not secretive Dan looks when he does it. It is this trick more
than any other that makes me upset that penguin got rid of their private forums for each trick just
for the people who bought it. I'm sure somebody who bought it thought of a way to do it naturally.
If anyone did, please comment with a way I can reach you (you'll see I am a verified buyer).
However, absent a natural way to get this into position about 5 seconds before you perform it, this
trick is basically useless (besides for the few random times that a situation randomly presents
itself). As it is now, this is the type of trick I would've been delighted to know and keep in the
back of my mind if it had been in some $5 magic magazine that came with 8 other half decent tricks.
But for $15???
One thing I will point out is that Dan Hauss does not perform for real
audiences and was probably clueless about the necessity for everything, not just the moment of
magic, to not give away the secret. It's a shame he thought of it, and not somebody else who
would've collaborated with somebody who would come up with a good method to set up, because it does
have a lot of potential...

Having studied PK research over the years, I was excited to learn this trick so I decided to
purchase it for use in my shows. My excitement quickly turned to disappointment and I felt that I
wasted my money after watching the video and learning how Dan performed the effect. I should have
paid more attention to the other reviews.

Had I paid full price, however, I might have been a little put off. But as a Cool Box special,
acceptable.
As to whether I would perform this: maybe? There are a few too many conditions
to pull this off without getting caught. Definitely can be done, though.

This was cheap and I have many of the concerns others have. You should not pay much for this. I have
not gotten it to work yet. Again, there are not actual live performances shown on the DVD! Big red
flag. It seams like this would work much better in a larger area where people can not go near the
item. My ideal set up would be to leave the object in another room and have spectators watch through
a window. That would freak them out.

Overall not so great. The idea is good but too unreliable, if you can position it perfectly with the
certain objects great but dont waste your money.

I give this one 3 stars... I feel that this effect HAS potential, and WILL jumpstart your
creativity. The problem WITH this however is that it generally ISN'T practical for real world
situations and you won't always have access to the material you need to perform this effect.
I dunno. I like the concept, and think that it was worth 15 dollars... I don't however like how
impractical the method is. If you are looking for an interesting pipe-dream to get that creativity
flowing, look no further.
If you are looking for a good, practical, PK effect... Look
elsewhere.

This is a effect in the works. No timing or live performances are on the DVD so it makes it hard to
see how it plays in live performances. I can see myself in a live situation at a sit down
restaurant doing this but I can tell you one thing. You won't be doing it on the street. It is a
situation effect. A nice effect to know but..what are you gonna do? Dan Hauss teaches this great
and papercrane does a good job with production. It's cheap and it's a pk effect. You need to know
that magic isn't real and that there are methods behind things like this and you have to accept
whatever it is.
