I was excited about this trick because in the trailer he says " with no long drawn out soliloquy"
(sorry of misspelled its) but there is one. The trailer is misleading saying you can put the
envelope on the table and someone can freely select a card. It's a lie

When a magic release doesn’t have a complete trailer is usually cause for some suspicion. However,
I believe the slick addition ( that I’ve not seen in over 50 years ) to the equivoque is the
creators right to protect and market. He also has a clever bit for zoom application and both made
me smile in their simplicity and effectiveness. My humble opinion, but a pass for my first test to
see if I will use this product.
Quality or gimmick:
The gimmicks will last much, much
longer than regular card stock and look normal enough.
There are 6 principles coming into play
from the gimmick to create this trick.
After practicing with this for 4 days ( 50-80 reveals per
day ) I can grab the card quickly and nonchalantly without looking. I think it is efficient,
streamlined and logical way to produce a “thought” of card.
A black and a red envelope are
included, one is a spare.
Teaching:
The teaching is comprehensive and detailed. There are
about 10 separate videos and the last 3 are full performances. There are two things that can give
you trouble and both are covered and now my proper handling makes these obsolete. He shows handling
for envelope on table, in pocket or in the hand. I only like in the hand. You’ll have to decide for
yourself.
Yes, you are left dirty. As magicians we are allowed to lie and cheat.

Was super excited when I saw the trailer for this and it did not disappoint! I will be using this a
lot in my working gigs as well as casually. It's that dream effect we all want to do and now there
is a self contained practical method for this.
Mark does a great job in the instructions
explaining everything and there are great pick up over the shoulder shots too so make everything
clear.
Definitely recommend this!

I absolutely love this. The selection process to choose a card is lightening fast and makes sense.
It is the best I have come across for this effect. The gimmicks are well made and will last. I also
love that you can remove the prediction from the envelope quickly and without looking. It takes up
pretty much no pocket space making it a great EDC.

What if the spectator says the 8 of clubs?????

Very nice deceptive effect very well taught. Choose any card? Not exactly, but they won't know and
it is easy to do.
However, given a choice of this or ID by Steve Cook, I would go with ID.
Not a difficult trick to do. Very well explained.
I wish the envelopes were Tyvek. BTW, when I
say "envelopes" I mean you get two different colors - however, you only use one color, your choice.
The spectator makes their choice without the equivoque of "keep that pile; OK, now discard the
one on the left", etc.
There is no deck of cards needed, no shuffling, no Himber wallet. The
card choice is made mentally in a very straightforward manor.
This will fry people. Really glad I bought this. It will take some practice to do this well, but
most good tricks need some practice, don’t they? The illusion is this: the spectator chooses any
card they wish and you produce it from
a very small envelope that’s been on view the entire
time. No need to carry 16 cards around and then maybe be off by one. Here you carry much less and
the impact is bigger.
