For the price a duplicate non-gimmicked key should have been supplied, especially since they scimped
on not putting teeth on the key!

"Disappointed" best describes my reaction after working with this prop for several days. The method
is not worth the trouble, the prop's construction makes it something I would not want to "carry
around," it cannot be examined and it is difficult to find a regular key that looks like the prop.
Yes, there are similar regular keys, but none that look LIKE the prop. This one will go into my
dust bin.

So, this is a great take on the VooDoo Doll in your hand and cleaner where VooDoo is a NO NOOOOO...
I did what Seth has stated, "Put it on your key ring and carry it around..." BULL POOPY!!!
the gimmick catches on my pocket and pulls and bends and the rubber cement holding it weakens...
I suggested a better way to the P3 team and they liked it. I will not reveal here but
suffice it to say, it'll keep that damn gimmick in place.

Magic is the same thing. Seth's idea on the
VooDoo is wonderful, but after QA testing, I found flaws, made suggestions and now, I'm going to fix
it, and send my results back to the P3 Team for Seth to analyze. They are WONDERFUL and are sending
me a new Key Motion at no charge. THIS IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about.

This is yet another trick where my hands simply aren’t physically right for the trick to work
optimally. I have no problem setting up the key as instructed, but when it comes time for execution
the best I can get is a key that limply rolls along my palm /fingers to one side or the other. It
won’t, um, “stand to attention” (do they make Viagra for keys?). It looks OK, but not nearly as
impressive as it should. Plus it was impossible for me to execute the necessary flexing movements in
a subtle manner - I REALLY need to stretch to get any movement.
I have tried various
locations on the palms of both of my hands, but it seems that my skin is too loose to get the
necessary tension when flexed, probably because I lost a significant amount of weight a few years
back. I was going to give this three stars but decided to be more generous since YMMV. In my case my
M had more V than I would like to perform this convincingly or comfortably.
Also, it would
have been nice to receive a duplicate ungimmicked key for handout/inspection, although the gimmicked
key can be handed out quickly/casually before performing the illusion and perhaps only the most
observant onlooker will notice. However, a more exact matching duplicate would be nice to hand out
to the anyone who insists on seeing it after the trick is done. The Ilco key Dan recommends does not
match closely enough to me (heavier, chrome vs matte, big logo on key, etc.). Maybe Penguin could
sell the duplicate for $5 (the blank probably costs 50 cents or less in bulk)?

I watched the tutorial as soon as I purchased and knowing what the method was (penguin was pretty
open about this on social media when I asked which of the two most likely methods it could be),I
must say I was a little let down and didn't buy Dan's explaining away why a duplicate wasn't
included in the kit. After receiving the product I was gonna post a negative review with a bit of
fiddiling around but decided to rewatch the 30 minute or so tutorial again. Adults I showed this
trick were completely underwhelmed, however I showed three kids that day out on the pitch and the
reactions that I got when I put the power with the kids and their belief in themselves were
absolutely phenomenal getting bigger reactions than super sucker and that's a pretty difficult trick
to top with moments of astonishments and a free lolly.
So I'm totally unconcerned about a
duplicate and a convincing match because the reactions of the parents to the pure joy creates in
their children's faces is the only convincer you need. Dan does a pretty good job with the tutorial
but felt he and Seth Race missed the mark with the target audience here. Cellini said "stop a child
and you can stop the world" in that regard this is the ultimate opener to gathering a crowd out on
the pitch!!!!

I'm disappointed with the "gimmick" because I can't expect an up-and-coming young magician to use
it. It's not for everyone.

Just want to say one thing, this trick is PAINFULLY good 😁

I love performing this effect - it doesn’t really hurt if you do it right, and the reactions are
great. Unfortunately the construction is not very durable and after only a few hours the first day,
the gimmick snagged and fell off in my pocket. I’m sure I’ll be able to reattach it with some glue
but I’m a bit disappointed it fell apart so easily.

For the trick itself: The trick is decent. The video shows what you can indeed do with it. It is not
exceptionally well made but will last you a while with care.
For the promo: While the video
itself shows what you can do it doesn't show what you are getting. You are getting an uncut key
while the video shows a cut key. It even shows a cut key saying "...and it looks just like every
ordinary key..."
I do rate it less because it wasn't what was advertised. I would have
preferred the cut key. Due to the way the trick works it would be difficult to have it cut.

I have yet to get this to work for me. Maybe someone can do it, but I can't do it with my hands!
