You will never be able to do the set up unless you completely turn around, and even then it looks
suspicious. It is not practical at all and very over priced. Another great looking Trick on the
trailer but not good for real life.

Unless you have a tiny hand, don't even consider this one- way over priced for the small gimmick that
is sized for a 12 yr old child - 30 bucks lost, lesson learned

First, the demo video is not completely open. You have 3 people, 2 of which are mostly in the video.
What is done out of frame would have been very interesting to see. Unfortunately, you don't get to
see that until you buy the trick.
I watched the instructions and tried to follow them. They are
very clear but it will not work in my hands. Maybe if my hands were normal size, but the gimmick is
way too small for me.
With the setup required I can see why the video was shot as it was, it
would give too much away.
Nope. Nice thoughts but I will never use it.

ok so i have loved all of sams released material and purchased most. IMO this is a very clever and
good effect, however, i feel it is way overpriced. Could have been a $12 download and let us get our
own supplies. I say get it as it will be a lifetime keeper for the technique.

I have been a member of penguin magic for many years. I believe this is my first review. This is the
first time I have been so disappointed in something that I needed to warn others.
To be
clear i have had other MEH tricks or "Straight to the sock drawer" items. Its fine I am only a
Semi-Pro magician doing a couple shows a yearish. I like to collect and I like to understand things
to see if they will work in my shows or if it i something I can play off of with my unique patter.
This is none of those... Practicing this can physically affect you.
Sadly to get
this to work as well as the video you need to practice a lot. This is common for really great
effects. However as this one can literally hurt you while practicing you have to keep your practice
time to a minimal. I can't practice it more than maybe 10 minutes a day if that before it is a
problem.
The video ALSO is a dubbed translation to english. So it is like watching a bad
tiktok voice over and doesn't do justice to the effect.
It is definitely not worth the
money in its current state. I think it can be great for certain folks, and maybe the practice will
not affect you the same as it does me.
All in all it is the most disappointing product I
have ever purchased on penguin.

Still finding it difficult to get a pencil to move or to get glasses to move, also band keeps being
visible at the front of the hand where it goes to the little finger

I agree with the other reviews that the product is way too small for adult hands. It’s too bad
because the concept is cool, but it’s not possible to do with the small product provided.

I was disappointed with the quality of the instruction dialogue and especially with the "gimmick"
considering the price point. The trick itself has some interesting applications. It takes some
practice and maybe can be applied in other ways.
The fake Morgan Freeman voiceover in the
promo video should have alerted me to the quality of this.

I have normal size hands, and despite the video warning you the effect can cause hand pain, it
really did cause me hand pain, after just 10 mins… you have to wear something to conceal the
gimmick, and really it’s going to be visible from many angles….

Don't get me wrong here, it's a good trick, but was it worth the money I paid? Not even remotely.
The "gimmick" could be picked up for pennies at many shops. The method is good but it could've been
sold as a download with advice on how to source the materials needed.
It's a good trick, as
I've already said, but getting people to part with that amount of money for something that costs
next to nothing under other circumstances is an even better trick.
