Love the simplicity of how this works and truly I get the concept of how it works, but just not sure
why it works. Very easy to do, no hard moves or switches or anything “sneaky”. Reason only 4 stars
is the “instructional video”. Short and to the point, however NOTHING regarding the “care and
handling” of the gimmick, ie: do you need to clean it, if so how often and how best to do it, if it
breaks or comes apart how can it be fixed, and nothing about proper handling or any routine ( which
is OK as it is easy to work something out) but still would be nice with a few suggestions/ideas.
Button line, this is very cool and with some playing around, it’ll be fine, just wish the
video was longer then two minutes.

What a great trick! When they say self working, they mean it. It's also quite fun to do. I casually
place the box in front of my spectator as if I'm preoccupied with something else, and ask them if
they'd please take the cards out and shuffle them. They can't lift them. I look up, realize the
problem, and mutter "sorry, must have left the parking brake on", at which point I reach over, pick
them up and give them the cards to shuffle. It's hilarious. It's a new principle, as far as I can
tell, but oh so easy to do. Buy it, you'll love it.

This is probably the worst working trick iv seen penguin magic push out. It almost seems like they
just pushed a half conceptualized idea out. My 5 years old little girl walked over picked it up
first try. The vacum is not very good. It's a great idea but I feel there needs to be a little more
r an d needed to fully make this magical. Super disappointed today. Not something I'm used to when
purchasing penguin product.

Since I purchased other light and heavy props before with mixed results my expectations were low
that Unliftable would be any better. To my surprise it actually worked right out of the box. The
video tutorial is adequate and the written instructions cover all the details. My suggestions is to
watch the video and then try it a few times. Then go back and read the rest of the information so it
will make sense. A fair price for the prop and tutorial.

At last! A prop that does EXACTLY what the demo shows...and it is ready to go right out of the box.
Superb effect.

I followed the instructions and it simply didn't work for me regardless of what surface i put it on.
I need something that will work and know with confidence that it will before going into the
performance. For me..... this just wasn't it. After a LOT of time spent trying, I'm not
wasting any more time on this.... I'm sure of one thing tho..... my socks will enjoy its
company.

Highly recommended.
I am an old man who has been doing magic for a long time. It is rare for
an item to come in to which I say, "That is incredible." I was stunned by this right out of the
box. I had read the no . . . (e.g., no wires, magnets, etc) but thought that it must be the
application of something that I already knew.
Nope, never heard of this, never seen anything
like this, it is incredible. I only wonder why this principle is not known very much in the "real
world."
Bottom line: I cannot imagine anyone being disappointed with this. It could be used at
home with friends, in the office as an icebreaker, or in a walkaround/close-up situation. No arts
and crafts, no difficult moves, an incredible effect with something that you already carry around;
all for 25 bucks.

I was so excited for this, but I’m sorry to say it is really bad.
Without revealing
anything, it is incredibly surface dependent. It didn’t work on a single surface in my house except
glass.
Then, the gimmick itself is super fragile, but you have to be somewhat firm with it
to lift it. So it’s a catch-22.
Finally, I tried it out with 3 people in a casual setting,
following all the instructions, right surface, everything. 3 out of 3 times, their first reaction
was to look exactly where the gimmick can be plainly seen.
All in all, this is officially
the first gimmick I am looking to return from Penguin.

I have gotten to know Inaki over the last few years. I have found him to be diligent, intelligent,
and hard-working. UNLIFTABLE is a great example of Inaki's qualities. The overall premise was to
take the traditional "Light & Heavy Chest" plot, update it, and apply it to a close-up environment.
This has been achieved. And with excellent results! The method couldn't be more different than the
Light & Heavy Chest, and it utilizes a card box. I don't know how Inaki (and Javier) came up with
the idea to apply this simple physical principle to this plot (and this card box!), but they did,
and we get to benefit!
The product is well-made, and assuming your spectators are not
knuckleheads intent on destroying your materials so they may make a point, the prop will last a long
time.
UNLIFTABLE requires a smooth surface -- it won't work on a close-up mat -- but that
in no way should influence your decision to purchase this cool bit of trickery. Bars and most
table-tops will work extremely well. And there are a multitude of ways to introduce an appropriate
surface if necessary (ya just gotta think a little!) Importantly too is understanding that
UNLIFTABLE is a TOOL and is best used as PART of a routine and not AS the routine itself. (Just
watch the video trailer again and you will see what I mean).
In all, I have to give
UNLIFTABLE the highest rating of 5 Stars. It checks one hundred boxes for me and has been
incorporated into my walk-around, table-hopping, and close-up repertoires.

I always wanted a light and heavy chest, but they are too expensive, bulky, and not good for walk
around. This is a perfect solution. You can have a full deck of cards in it before, during, and
after. The set up is super fast, you even end clean too. The box is a heavy duty box too, it doesn't
feel like the cardboard of a regular card box. Any smooth surface will work, like glass and wood, as
long as it is dry and clean. The video is short, not even three minutes long, but it gets right to
the point. My spectators love this. I use my key fob to "unlock" the deck. Other times I put a
picture of a dumbbell inside and after I lift it, I show the picture to a spectator. I'm having a
lot of fun with this trick and you will too.
