Firstly I will say I like this effect. It is very effective and deceptive under many conditions. Here is the bad news:
1-Although the clips can be made quickly and inexpensively they can only be used once and must be pre made.
2-It is NOT a self contained effect and uses an external gimmick.
3- Menny gives you an option to buy a magic product some of us may or may not already have that will make the performance much more practical.
4-There are no instructions on how to switch out the clip for close up performance, he just says "switch it" This is a big disappointment.

Included is an "impromptu" version of the effect where the clip is put into a glass and swirled around and dumped out bent.The clip still needs to be prepared ahead but it is self contained and examinable at the finish. That said you do not actually see the clip bending in this version.

In summary a good effect but cannot be performed in ALL conditions. If you want to end clean you will need to work it out on your own. (Unless you want to drop the clip into a massive bowl with 1000 clips inside (That's what is suggested on the DVD)

The title says it. It's not just annexing but also super easy to do.
At first I thought I might give away the secret performing so up close. But believe me no one will have clue how it's done. For me it's worth all my money spent on this

This trick is so visually stunning it looks unreal. Although I am not a Mentalist I have decided to buy it and have a look and I am very happy that I did. It is a very easy and such a clever principle. I also love the impromptu idea that is on the DVD, it just shows that Menny has worked hard on this and tried many different methods to find the best one(s).

Definitely worth the price!

I was a little disapointed at first when I inspected the contents, but after watching the DVD, I can see where this would be a pretty devastating trick, I will say that you must have dim lighting and dark clothing, I'm sure you know what I mean, but it was NOTHING like what I expected, it's actually very ingenious with the set up, you will have a lifetime killer effect after some good practice, do NOT perform this before you perfect it, this should remain a great secret effect as long as you know what you're doing.

Ok, when you open the dvd you might say I didnt expect that but let me tell you I think that we expect that someone is actually going to create real magic trick without any legwork. Yes there may be some limitations but they are minimal as long as your smart with this and follow the guide lines you will find a way to make this work. And if you make it work then this is will be a very strong effect. You will even say why didnt I think of that but if you would of thought of it you would be the one putting this trick out instead of menny. This is ingenous thinking on his part with coming up with the gimmicks involved. Menny deserves his praise for this. I agree with the above post keep this one tight to your chest dont exploit it. It could be that strong if you give it the time it deserves.

The trick is good by itself but pretty hard to make the gimmicks.But still highly recommended.

I prepared several of the paperclips way in advance and used them in my walk around routine and it just killed. The routine I used was Morgan Strebler's The Opener and then went into this routine and people were floored. Great routine and would definitely recommend it to others.

I personally did like the 'impromptu' handling he teaches. The ability to bend a paperclip simply by swirling in a glass seems very fair and nice. Though the bend with the impromptu version is very 'dramatic', there's enough of a bend for spectators to get the idea.

Now the 'gimmicked' version that you see in the trailer with the slow, visual bend, on the other hand is something I found to be not that practical. Though I suppose if I was 'set-up' for it I guess it's quite nice to be able to perform it as you can move on to do other effects like the rising card if you're set-up for this.

Overall, quite nice. Will be using parts of this. I'd say get it as part of the choose 5 deal. Wouldn't recommend paying full-price for it though to be honest.

This is great but will take some practice. I think most people would be disappointed when they see what is in the DVD but Menny teaches you everything you need to know to be able to make this look exactly like the demo. It really does look that good and the impromptu method is insanely good. The method to the gimmicked version, do not even worry about it. You will not get caught. It is clean. Your hands are unmistakeably empty. It's fantastic. GET THIS!
