Does it work? Yes. Is it the best or most logical drawing duplication on the market? Not by a long shot. If you are in a pinch and need a guerrilla method, this is fine. However, the weakness for me is that they have to give the card back to you before you can read their mind. To me, that immediately draws suspicion and, if you could really read minds, you would never have to handle the card. Just my opinion.

it is easy and a awesome trick I just got it and learned it in like 5 mins and im not big on card handling and tricks but its great to have when u don't have props and some one is like show me a trick and you have pulled out all your weapons lol...I love it thank you so much

I'm a working magician that attended a lecture of Danny Archer. I walked away with several good tricks but this is the number one! I have gotten more gigs with this trick in the last year than any other. I can't believe it's only ___. You should buy this!

Danny is obviously a well seasoned and consummate professional. I love the impromptu nature of this effect. Everything can be done exactly as advertised. However, I still believe an intelligent audience will figure out the glimpse in the way the cards are handled. For me, I prefer not to use the patter suggested; rather, I like to use time misdirection and psychological subtlety. I got this on a CoolBox special and think it was money well spent. It's an improvement over Patrick Kuff's handling and Danny does give credit where it is due. I would probably have been disappointed if I paid $10. For the price I paid, I'd say add it to your cart.

This is one of those things that will be useful and practical, right away! The simple sleights needed are something you will already know if you are a card worker, and the application is quite brilliant.
If you use a billet tear with a business card, but don't like ripping the card, this is a perfect alternative!
There are endless possibilities with this and it is well worth it. I recommend the heck out of this!

Danny gave this 'the Archer touch" and eliminated imp devices, wallets, etc. ANY stack of business cards can be used ( you can buy blank cards and use those ).

You quickly know what they drew and can take your time on presentation.

This is a very good drawing duplication stunt. However, I would recommend you buy Danny Archer's video lecture (available on this site) instead of just this trick.

The reason I say that is he teaches this effect in his lecture plus a WHOLE LOT MORE!!!

This is an excellent drawing duplication that does not use any gimmick. The handling is beautifully deceptive. My only complaint is that the two key elements of the handling are presented at two different points in the video, making it a tad difficult to study the moves. Danny Archer is fabulous, but the glib nature of his presentation really makes this feel more like magic than mentalism. You can easily take this, slow it down, and convince folks that you can read their minds.
