I purchased this with the intention of liking it of course... but unfortunately cannot say that I do
after working with it.
There are many cons to a boon device in general, all of which are
not improved apon with this one...
To name a few; the lead is tremendously thick, nothing
compared to a normal sized pencil that you would most likely be using. The sticky tack will need
replacing and will consistently collect lint and debris from your pockets or whereever you happen to
put it! And it writes no where near as subtly as using a UnderNail Writer.
As far as the
material on the dvd... it is mediocre at best. It would help give some ideas to a magician looking
to branch out a bit, but thats about all.
This overall is nothing new... and VERY VERY
OVERPRICED. Considering you can buy an undernail writer for $1 hahaha

I purchase this and mine came totally flat, as if it has been used, WAY used. I tried to get help
through Mr. Tango. His solution was "send me more money." The postage he wanted was more than this
writer is worth.

I tested nearly all boon writers on the market.
And for me the Mind Writer is one of the bests.
I can write with it very good because of the thick lead. So you have very good control of the
writing. You have a much more better control and feeling for the writing. It sticks good on the
thumb and it’s very easy to put new blue tack on the boon if it’s necessary.
The only minus here
is the high price.
On coventions you can purchase the Mind Writer for approx. $25.
In my
oppinion this is a fair price.
I don't like how writing looks, It is good device but the result is not good in my opinion. The
idea is great, the routines are good. I would not purchase if I knew what it did.
