I purchase this and mine came totally flat, as if it has been used, WAY used. I tried to get help through Mr. Tango. His solution was "send me more money." The postage he wanted was more than this writer is worth.

Hello Sir,
The solution is to change the mine, wich is very easy, you have the way to do it in the DVD. We send all the mine new, maybe somebody use it before you but this is not our fault.
