This trick made me laugh out loud.
First of all, I knew this illusion over 2 decades ago and had totally forgotten about it. Secondly, it plays so well and the reaction that you're going to get is nothing short of excellent. People are simply, flabbergasted!
Yes, it takes a weee bit of setup, but it is very easy to do. You'll laugh too when you see the gimmick. And, the "ice" is perfect.
Since I do lots of science stuff, my friends thought that I had added a polymer of some sort to the water to create the illusion. Nope, not correct because you can actually drink the water afterwards (I'm not drinking polymer saturated water even if it is "non toxic". I'd advise you not to either). Regardless, the iced water is perfectly fine to drink. Again, the gimmick is in everyone's home right now. You have to have this...it's just too much fun for all ages.

I bought this because it was cheap on the off chance it would impress, I was not disappointed!! it is a really great trick I would recommend! the "gimmick" if youd call it that is simple and genius and can be found in every household! you wont be disappointed this is added to my everyday routine ! awesome for walk around

This effect is well worth the price and the gimmick is very easy to make. The only skill required to perform this trick is the ability to shake the bottle. I LOVE this trick. No regrets whatsoever. Highly recommended for magicians of all levels :)

Let's resume the concept

You can borrow a bottle (yes you can do it with some public management
i did it)
and make their water freeze (it is possible yes ;-) with some conditions at the end but easy to conceal if you are the best magician in the world like you think, you can make the story happen

It is visual ;-) simple ;-) and you can have the gimmick ready to go

So great effect Arnel seems to think about the effect more than the method but even the method is very interesting
straight to the point and so deceptive at the end ;-)
