I've been struggling with text descriptions and poor pics and drawings to understand this particular
routine. It goes beyond the standard simple C&R trick, creating a little routine and explaining
exactly how to do it. I now finally know how to do it :-).
Thanks!!!

Beginner, intermediate or advanced magician: doesn't matter, this is a classic that can be presented
in a thousand ways! One of the first tricks I did learn and I still peroform it in my stand-up act
as well as parlour. Get this... stunning, simple magic at its best.
I AM VERY NEW BUT I LOVE THE SIMPLE WAT TO TEACH ON THIS
I needed something simple, something highly visual, something that could be done both (A) quickly
and (B) silently. And, because I was replacing an effect that wasn't working in a play on short
notice, I needed something I could learn quickly and perform confidently with only a couple of days
to practice. This simple but effective C&R effect fit the bill beautifully.
Well... I intended to download something closer to Jeff Sheridan miracle (cut and.., "Genius at
work" vol. 3- !!!). This one is a classical rope manipulation: well executed, nice to see, but
nothing you can't see or get from any old magical book.
I only give four stars because there is nothing new here. It's the same method we were all taught
when we bought our first 25'-50' hank of rope from our first magic shop. I do however love that it
is done twice in a row, thus destroying the secret and leaving you 100% clean. AND it's two
different methods. The first method gives you what you need for the second method. AWESOME! :)
I prefer the professors nightmare, but this one is adequate too. I thought that the teaching was a
bit rushed, uncharacteristically Oz. Once you have this down, it will be a fooler. Get it
If you've always loved the cut and restored rope, this is a great place to start. The routine is
amazing and you are 100% clean in the end too. If you are wanting to get more serious into rope
magic, consider buying this along side of the Fiber Optics DVD. With both of these, you'll be a pro
in no time. I've performed this for friends and family and they loved it.
Three or more cuts and you still have a restored rope. It's a great rope trick. Easy to do and awe
inspiring. Do it anywhere and they'll know; it's magic.
I wanted to learn my friend how to cut and restore a rope so I performed the trick without covering
the "secret". And he still did not understand how it is done! This trick is THAT good.
