We all want to create a powerful connection with those we are preforming for, right?? Tarino
accomplishes this! With Zodino, and now Tarino, Andreas is definitely showing his expertise in
developing effects that hit HARD as a result of connecting with others. And Andreas covers EVERY
detail VERY clearly, including material for parlor AND for stage. I look forward to performing this!
Great value here! Highly recommend!

Great idea and execution. Easy to do. Basic fundamental idea and if you want to add your own twist
as far as a reading long or short it's all ready for you.
Play the basic idea or stretch
it out, I like this a lot.

What I loved about Tarino is the fact that the result is different for
every participant. So
you can perform it over and over again on the same
party. Other guests are interested in the
priorities of your
participant, so you can involve them by guessing the life values of your
participant. Thereafter you reveal your skills and build a connection,
while jaws are
dropping.
To make the gimmicks just takes about 20 minutes plus some time to let
the glue
dry. That's absolutely ok for me as I can now use the gimmicks
nearly forever.
Two thumbs
up for this great idea and the impact it creates.

Rarely do I find tricks that promise less than they deliver. With this one I expected quite a bit
from the ad copy but was overwhelmed by what I've received.
First of all it is not just a
simple 30 minute explanation video. They took the time to structure everything and describe it from
all possible angles. Not just theory, it starts off with a real-life demonstration and later on
there are many more full-length real-life scenes, including a stage performance. I can't remember
having seen anything like that before.
Finally, I also got several bonus effects included,
which seem strong enough to be sold separately one day. So the total playing time was somewhere
around two and a half hours. And due to the performances, bonuses and other stuff it did not feel
repetitive at all. I had to watch it in one go but I guess there are people with a shorter attention
span...
Now, obviously one small drawback is that you don't get ready printed cards. But I
understand the reason: They want to provide a packet including street, parlour and stage gimmicks in
many languages. So they can't print all of them at this price. But all templates in all those eight
languages are there and it was really easy to make the gimmicks. I had all the necessary tools (glue
stick and scissors) at home. They even took the time to make different gimmick templates for US size
paper and UK size paper. That was also a nice surprise.
Let's have a look at the routine:
There are certain factors that make a good mentalism routine for me:
1) It must be meaningful
for the spectator (different to a book test, which is not linked to any spectator)
2) You can
add-in other elements to extend the spectator's experience (such as cold reading)
3) You are
well ahead of the spectator (different to "blank night" routines, where you need to be most careful
at the very end)
4) It must be easy to perform and can be learned within a day (different to
Isabella's Star by Peter Turner)
Tarino meets all four criteria with flying colours. Even the
first time I used it already proved it. That makes it easily 5-stars for me.
Looking at
similar mentalism acts: A friend of mine showed me Past-Present-Future by Rick Lax. While that has
the advantage of having beautiful cards included I feel it does not get the same level of impact as
Tarino does. In Tarino the spectator sees a divination of her very own priority list of life values.
That is for me at least one order of magnitude above the impact of seeing the text
"Past/Present/Future" on their selected card. But that's just my view.
Bottom line: I can
HIGHLY recommend Tarino to mentalists of all levels who wish to add more meaning to their mentalism.

Yes...I had been waiting for this...after Codino and Zodino...and guess what...I was not
disappointed with this "laymens"-masterpiece...Okay... The routine is really very easy to perform
thanks to the clever memory system. The included cheat sheet helped me to rehearse the system just
before the performance. That allowed me to use it soon after seeing the video. Girls really love it
because it is similar to Tarot cards and character readings - just much easier. The included advice
on palm reading looks promising but I haven't used that yet. The story telling and other mentioned
techniques work equally well. It really helps to get to know strangers on parties or any other
location and at the same time gives me the chance to practice my craft. So, it is quite different to
showing off my magic skills with a quick new trick. This is creating a special atmosphere and a
connection to the person you try it on. While I think it is not the classic trick to fool
magicians, I know that it really works well on laymen. Some of them get very freaked out!
Get this one, if you are looking for a simple mentalism effect with very deep impact!

There are some similar methods out there for accomplishing this effect but the application in my
experience is completely unique. Yes, there is a little A&C component to it that takes about 20
minutes. Andreas walks you through it in the video and what is provided via download, looks great,
is well defined, and can be created in a variety of ways. One way not mentioned on the video is to
use a box of photographic paper. I used 'Elite image'photo paper and it did take me several
attempts to get what I wanted out of 'the cards'. Mostly sloppy A&C on my part. I found the
photograph paper to make a better 'copy' for my needs, it creates a 'stiffer' card and one you can
wipe clean easily when necessary. Any sloppy A&C can be removed with a razor blade or pocket knife.
Personal choices. What is required for 'memory' is easy and a mnemonic of sorts is provided. It's
helpful and you can create a cheat sheet to carry with you with the materials provided but if you do
this a time or two, you won't need it. I often review such things prior to actual presentations. I
found some aspects of the method a bit difficult to 'read' but two options are provided and one is
'easier' than the other. I made a set of each because lighting, or 'conditions' might make a moment
to consider which set to use. I found the download for materials took a REALLY LONG time but this
could be my computer. I like this for 'up close and personal' performances and personally would
probably not use if from stage but for those who do such things, you will have what you need.
Andreas demonstrates both. Honestly, I probably won't use this in every performance but rather, have
it in among my 'tools' when 'reading' cards, Tarot, Palms, 'Personality Profiling' or plain 'Cold
Reading'. In the course of an evening of such performances, especially repeating those things, this
will be a handy tool in the box. As noted, you can do this one over and over and gain different
outcomes. I would likely throw in something 'related' in between and Andreas alludes to this in the
video. You can do it 'straight' as a 'character/personality reading, or tied to Palm Reading, Tarot
or whatever. I will probably use it 'straight' and call it a form of 'personality distinction or
describe it as a tool to help define personality characteristics unique to this spectator. Something
else not mentioned on the video is you will find this easier if you are across from the spectator
and you can keep your cards 'oriented' the same way as the spectator's, that's helpful. Sitting next
to the spectator makes that easier still. Not essential but 'helpful'. Andreas demonstrates both on
the video Not a difficult thing to 'manage. Just remember to keep the cards 'oriented'. I kept this
from a 5 star only because of the difficulty with the download, the fact I am a little 'messy' in
the A&C and the fact I won't use it in every performance but as noted, those are probably MY
problems. Nice effect for performer and spectator, well presented to learn, 95% materials are 'good
ones', provided in the download and the remaining 5% you probably have within reach!

This is a great trick and it's clear from the gimmick alone (much less the instruction and
distraction information which is clear and detailed) that he's put a lot of thought and care into
this.
I also appreciate that you can customize this, since besides cards in many
languages, you can also get cards with no language and add your own. Even better, because of the way
it's printed, you can create your own cards if you're so inclined.
He also has a very
clear mnemonic device, that reduces memorization (if you can call it that) to about 30 seconds.
Well done.

Brilliantly easy and brilliant reactions! Looks exactly like on the demo.
You'll be interacting
with your spectators and not just performing. I really love this trick.
I also appreciate that
the props are available in so many languages, including my language. Not just all languages jammed
on one card, but special cards in my language and many other languages. That's really great
generous.
One more thing: The third bonus effect is a real hidden gem! This is a master class
routine on its own.
Bottom line: This is THE routine to connect with people on multiple levels
added with incredible bonus material.

Andreas has three similar downloads on offer. This is the one I like the most. Magically it is very
simple, almost obvious in its method as far as magicians are concerned, yet capable of being
stunning to the layman, or more likely woman. It does require presentation but I would imagine that
any to whom this appeals will be prepared for that.
Adreas' teaching is very thorough, both in
the construction of the apparatus and in the variety of presentations included. The effort he has
put into the preparation of the the material included is astonishing. The quality of the video is
good but the camera work in the tutorial sections extremely irritating with repetetive changes of
camera angle for no purpose whatsoever. He really needs some advice before he makes his next video.
But this does not affect the viability of the effect and routines offered here. With this
material anyone with the right personality will be able to present themselves convincingly as being
able to get inside someone's mind. As with all such material you will need to sell this, but for
those who can I highly recommend this.
I absolutely love the application of this effect. It is exactly the kind of trick I truly favour:
simple yet powerful. It works fully surrounded, is immediately repeatable and you will get great
reactions while creating a personalised wonder.
The teaching and quality of the video are top
and Andreas does not miss any point while teaching the effect.
Andreas, you have yet again come
up with a brilliant and clever routine! It's really a nice effect for private parties and many other
venues.
Mentalism perfectly interlinked with character readings for an outstanding effect with
strong emotional connection.
Superb!
