I was super excited for this trick as soon as I saw the trailer and bought it right away. It got
here yesterday and I've been playing with these chips almost nonstop since. I will preface the
negative section of this review by saying that I have had a total blast playing with these, there
are just a few flaws that makes this product middle of the road to me.
Right away, these
look great but once I got them out of the package they straight up FEEL cheap, and like out of a
magic kit. They look much better than they handle. They're plastic and the colored "faces" are
stickers on them with a matte finish (Any part of the chip with color or white is a sticker - it's
literally the whole surface). So, you could replace the sticker with your own if you wanted, but I
feel like this design is not good for those of us who want just the red and blue faces included. Not
only for quality reasons, but in a moment I will say that I found the stickers so far to actually
HURT the set's functionality. BUT, this set is only $40. I didn't expect it to be super high quality
- you get what you pay for.
First off, one of my gaffs had very bad quality control and
stands out from the other chips: My red s***l's sticker is a much more deep and colorful red than my
other red chips, meaning that when it's in play with the red ones, you can tell one of them is off.
For this reason, I will probably never use it. The s***ls are also obnoxiously thick and big
compared to a coin one would be. It makes sense because this is a plastic chip set but I honestly
don't know if I'll use these s***ls ever.
The star gimmick of this set are your s***t
coins. The s***t coins you get are capable of awesome visuals, color changes, productions and
vanishes... But, unfortunately, mine sometimes are a huge hassle to use, because the matte stickers
provide enough friction that sometimes they won't.... Do what they do... (without revealing too
much.) They get "stuck" a lot right in the middle of a routine.
Eric's teaching is awesome.
Zero complaints. Some beautiful routines in here that I will apply with my nice real coin gaffs. He
is so creative and awesome to have in the commercial coin magic community.
This set is a
great set if you want to at least get some exposure to using some coin gaffs without spending the
hundreds of dollars that real ones cost, while also learning some fun applications. I'd argue that
this set doesn't do s***ls justice, but if you wanted to play around with one without spending a ton
of money this lets you do that. I am most likely to use these for color changing coin style routines
if I'm doing a gambling themed event, and besides that I will just use real coins as usual. The
shininess, thickness/weight, handling, smoothness, and audio sounds coins produce are better in
every single way than these chips. The one thing these chips have as an advantage over regular
coins, besides a gambling theme if you want that and the low cost, is the color contrast between red
and blue that copper and silver can't even capture.
All in all, a very fun set to play with
- just be aware that these are not very high quality at all and routines that require a lot of
friction of the coins, like 3 fly routines, are rough because of the matte stickers.

Fantastic idea. Poor execution. Chips are cheap plactic. Very light. Stickers are misaligned on
some. Split chips stop sliding after moderate practice. Teaching video is exceptional. Now they
need a professionally made set of chips to go with it.

Great instruction video by Eric. I was disappointed that the chips are lightweight plastic with
stickers. The stickers were a big surprise and disappointment. I was an early adopter so I wasn't
aware. The stickers also interfere with the operation of some of the chips. After a few weeks of
practice, I'm still not confident enough to even work these for family as a gimmick failure is very
likely. There are some "fixes" but I'm not willing to throw any more money to make my purchase
work. This is on it's way to the bottom drawer. I'm not sure this version of the product was ready
for sale.

They look nice but cannot be relied on for public performance. They are more like an introductory
set to see if you enjoy these type of gimmicks. For example, the s***t coins are difficult to
operate but a lot of fun when they do work and capable of wonderful effects. I would love a pro set
of these, but I've also read too many bad reviews of much more expensive sets

Sucker punch is really really awesome.First off all I want to thank Eric Jones and Mark
Southworth.Great job guys.
With sucker punch, there is no limit to what you will do.Just
imagine and do it.Just like coin magic.Everything you need is in this box.I've been working magic
for many years.Sucker punch is one of my favorites.
The price of this trick is very
low.Really high quality material. But be careful, do not use wet or sweaty hands. If you do this, your
chips are ruined.
Instruction video is very nice.Eric teaches us very good routines and you
create a lot of routines. There is no limit.
There is nothing much to say.I love it.I
recommend everyone.Everything is perfect.Just buy it.
You will not regret.

I have never given a bad review here but this time I feel I need to let others know what to possible
expect. These are not real poker chips so they lack that feel. They are plastic with stickers.
This could be useful for effects with the classic coin gimmick since it is much cheaper and
does work well. The problem is the second gimmick which is a harder to find gimmick in real coins.
The tricks explained are using this other gimmick also. I found it hard to maneuver and did not work
in a way that enabled me to do the effects explained.
You may have more success with it than I
did but I have not found a way to use it properly yet.

Let me start by saying the stickers don't bother me and extra stickers are included. Also, saying
the fact that the chips feel "cheap" is not fair. For $40 and the amount of gaffs you get (4) the
price is very fair. My biggest complaint is that the split chips simply do not work after moderate
practice. They are now working due to the fact I added a small amount of scotch tape in the center
of all of them. However, this should have been tested and been a non issue prior to distributing the
set.
Overall I do like the set and I have enjoyed messing around with it and fooling my
wife and friends. I would recommend this set to those looking to get into coin magic or those
looking for a different item to use than coins.

I got these when I first got into Magic before I discovered penguin and the place in the city help
me pretty much setting me up with sucker punch and sugar rush and I wanted to put a review here
because I want to help others who are going to purchase it. You get so much with sucker punch but
you can do so many different tricks and vanishes/ effects that are being released today like fist
full of dollars with Gregory Wilson and he also has that in his videos in action volume one.
Personally I love how they look and how they feel. It's a set that will make you have tons of
ideas it works great when you do it with mystery smoke. You can spend so much money on coin shells
and similar related gimmicks or you could get a complete set like this and personally I also love
the design because I am mainly a card magician /mentalist it looks different than your typical
poker chip it doesn't have the same feel it's nice and smooth it might not be the same quality but
the quality is great for me I have nothing bad to say about it you get different designs that make
it look like more of a card look on a poker chip Rather than typical gambling poker chips that I
have which are more heavier and thick that's what people are talking about a lot and their reviews
people complaining but to me it makes sense to make it the way they did and you'll see when you get
it yourself.

Strongly
recommended especially for people who are starting out and cannot afford shells or gimmick coins
and there is so many different molds that you get to fool around with to see what you like
I
wouldn't recommend anything else this is a steal for what you get it's a no-brainer even if you
don't use it that much it's great to have to practice but I use it every day and I'd rather do this
with chips matching The designs on my cards versus coin's especially half dollar coins like you see
because how many people use half dollars these days not many where I am as a magician this makes
sense thank you Mark for making such an awesome product at a great deal that got me into working
with the concepts you could do with coin routines like this!

This is really more like a Tenyo product. I would never put this in an audience member’s hand. It’s
just plastic disks with stickers on them.
This is only good for You Tube or zoom shows.
For the price it should be of a much higher quality.

These are some pretty sweet little chips, they allow so many different possibilities for coin work,
and a great set for someone who doesn't have $100's for some Morgan Silver dollars gaffs or who just
enjoys coin work!
There is so many effects out there already that these chips can
accomplish, and these are all in ONE SET!
I like to start a routine by making it appear(
Card2Phone has the Red Chip) from my phone, or using a coin appearance I learned from some Eric
Jones material. Then go into the Trinity routine from this and end clean with the classic Raven.
Add. To. Cart.
Hell add 2 so you will always have these badboys!!!
