There are many reasons I purchased this. One, I had two cartoon decks and they eventually bit the
dust to the bar. Love ya Dan but they didn't live through the alcohol test. Secondly, I don't like
using having more than one deck at the bar. A private gig, understandable. Cartoon, Cartoon 2,
Fartoon are all great card tricks that are not card tricks. Third, You can easily replace the
souvenir give-away card, unless you can't draw worth a crap. Then all you have to do is cut out one
of the restock cards with an exacto knife and color within the borders of the cuts. And if you
can't do that...then um...there is always Uber or Lyft.
One step further you can reveal
anything. Words, numbers, ages, symbols...if you can peek it, you can tweek it. Being surrounded
at the bar, this thing is angle proof. It's different enough from cards, sponge balls, ring rope,
fire wallet, wikitest, haunted deck, floating dollar, and all the other hard hitting quick things I
do. The cards come installed with some funny and cute visuals that I am going to turn into some very
offensive humor.
If you are a worker...like...get paid to do magic like I do...this is
very much worth it if you know what you are doing. If you are new to magic, on the download Scott
teaches you a lot of methods to get information from your spectators. Actually, methods more than
in a $30 download and years of reading the old Dover book classics...so you newbies get your money's
worth.
Where we magicians were lazy, Scott wasn't. He put a cartoon where it was supposed
to be on...a stack of durable business cards...not on playing cards. Now it's uniquely it's own
effect and focus's on it. I have my own ideas, cause I am a practical method guy with convoluted
dreams. And since this is a review, I'll leave it in the discussion section.

this is a great trick well taught by scott ,however i feel that the card stock is too thick because
if you try to riffle the whole packet it is so stiff that you are flat out seeing the stickman ,the
only way i could do it is to split the packet in half and do the riffle with the top half first then
pick up the bottom half and finish the effect ,perhaps penquin can rework this effect for a future
release ,thats the reason for 4 stars. errol

What a clever idea. Why didn't I think of it - and I do lots of personalized magic. Damn you're
good, Scott.

When Scott begins to explain the procedure for performing the magic I found it to be somewhat
confusing. When he does the switch from one pack of cards to another, it is very easy to see him
doing so. Some of the other manners in which he handles the switch are better and less easy to
identify.
Over all the trick just isn't as clever or unusual as one might believe it would
be. When compared to many of the other tricks that I have purchased from Penguin Magic, it is very
over priced.
Thanks,

This a clever and fun trick except the card STOCK USED MAKES IT EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO SEE THE
EFFECT. THE CARD STOCK IS TOO THCK.

I don't normally write reviews but I want to address the negative comments, about this effect. The
issue seems to be the thickness of the cards supplied.
1. It would be an easy matter, to
take the cards to and office supply store and have the images transfer to a paper stock more
consistent with a flip book.
2. However, the above solution is unnecessary if you follow
the instructional video no BEVELING the cards. Then the thickness of the card doesn't matter.
This is a really good effect of mental magic and not only amazes but truly entertains the
audience with a cute representation, of your "psychic helper" which is how I present it. Recommended
highly.

This is one of the best purchase I have made in a long time. You can really adapt the handling to
your own level and the reactions are simply awesome.
Scott + Dan = Awesomeness!
