Lynx Magic brings you Lynx Wallet, an essential utility prop that takes the classic "named card to envelope" to a whole new level, with the working professional magician in mind.

Inspired by the effect "Bang On" created by Marc Oberon, Gonçalo Gil and João Miranda created Lynx Wallet. Is the only device that allows the magician to remove any freely named card from a single envelope, both from the inside of one wallet, in the most clean conditions.

Imagine showing a wallet containing one envelope with only one playing card inside. Next, the magician can hand the wallet for a spectator to hold until the end. Then an audience member is asked to name any card (no force) and instantly the magician removes the envelope from the wallet, showing that the prediction matches the freely named card.

This amazing prop can be combined with very different routines, both in Close Up or Stage performances.

No force of any kind, no 'off by one', etc. The wallet is in plain view the whole time and only one envelope is shown in the billfold. They can name any card and the magician then shows the card in the envelope to be the exact one.
I think this is by far superior to Bang On for the reasons explained above and also it is possible to use this as an everyday wallet. I think the only reason I wouldn't use this as my everyday wallet is that other wallets have gone thru wear and tear and get damaged. This isn't cheap so I don't want it to get abused. I want to keep it around for a while and will definitely use it for gigs, shows etc.
Definitely need to practise this quite a bit to feel comfortable with it but it is worth it .

I like the wallet but not for magic. It is large and not normal looking. A well made wallet 2 carry money 2 buy a better trick is more like it. Way over priced and they could not even afford 2 include a D.V.D.? Must go 2 a download page that has all comments blocked and removed???? I know why and now you do. The Bob Solari wallet for around $10.00 to $12.00 is a better magic TRICK BY FAR. I have both and that is not only my opinion but the others I have performed both for. The reactions are much stronger because they are engaged in both the selection and revelation with the Solari wallet. In think because it is so inexpensive many have passed it by. I will be giving my Lynx wallet 2 a friend. I also liKE Joshua Jay's INFERNO 10 times more if performed right. I use a wallet with one card inside they hold before F/X & get 2 nd prediction after BURNT card.

I can't say too much without exposing this, but the wallet is beautifully made--a bargain at the price.
I don't think anyone would suspect any gaffing, do to the special construction of the cards or envelopes.
I had no problem downloading the instructions as another reviewer for some reason did.

I love everything about this wallet! It feels roomy and pliable, and this allows the performer greater ease in pulling out the named card. Other KK type of wallets on the market are sewn tighter, and this makes it a struggle to remove the correct card. It is not small but one cannot cheat the laws of physics and hope to pull any named card from a tiny wallet.

The purchaser can learn the effect as described, but one can certainly use the Lynx for any other favorite KK type of effect. I prefer performing R. Paul Wilson's Total Killer and this wallet works perfectly for this. I consider the Lynx to be the best, if not one of the best wallets for the KK effect.
