Back in the 90's, what started as a small, obscure publication known as The Magic Menu, was destined
to become the greatest resource for restaurant magicians. The magic menu ran for over a dozen years,
and was retired some years back. This was headed up by Connecticut based magician, Jim Sisti. I own
several of Jim's products (including The Magic Menus), and have seen him lecture. Let me tell you,
the guy knows restaurants.
The Magic Menu contains essays, articles and stories by some of
the greatest magicians of our time (Eugene Burger, Michael Ammar, Michael Close, David Acer, Jay
Sankey, Doc Eason, Paul Green, Simon Lovell and tons, tons, tons more). You'll find everything from
restaurant mentalism, magic, balloons to how to get gigs, reviews of products, free tricks and
soooooooo much more. The Magic Menu has been republished has 3 hard bound books. The three books
combined cover every year and every issue of the magic menu. This is an absolute must have for the
serious close up magician. Definite GEM!

Many new magicians underestimate the value of the volumes of information that lies in the old dusty
books on the shelves of the magic shops. Most of the ideas within DVDs and instructional videos
containing those new flashy tricks come from the tried-and-true methods of famous magicians. This is
a book that will provide many ideas that a magician can transform into a modern miracle.

You really can't put a price on this; hundreds of the GREATEST restaurant magicians ever, all doing
columns and explaining effects, routines and different tips for restaurant work? If you do ANY
restaurant or even walk-around magic, you can't live without this volume or the first.
This
is really THE guide for restaurants; the coolest part being that you get opinions from TONS of
different people so you can make up your own mind about what tips and tricks you use and how you go
about your first (or second, third... etc) restaurant gig.
I really, really like this.
Plus, at 37 dollars for almost 400 pages, you really can't go wrong. Please do yourself a favour and
pick this up.
