Awesome effect and routine! I can’t believe I didn’t learn this from an old-time book somewhere.
This just seems like the sort of effect that has probably been around a long time. However, Paulino
Gil does a very good job showing a really nice routine with a couple strings and a chain. He has a
distinctive way of presenting which is both elegant and with good humor. I not only enjoyed the
effects, but I also enjoyed some of the subleties of how he performs. For this reason, I’m glad I
hadn’t read this in an old-time magic book as I learned from his presentation. He has a humorous
way of introducing the props and a spectator that I will definitively use. I read the review saying
it was too expensive, but this is the going price of any DVD magic. In my opinion, if you get one
thing you can use, it is worth it, and I got an entire routine that I will use. Highly recommended.

This is a really nice piece of impromptu magic with a string. The routine is great and its easy to
do. The problem I have isn't with the trick or its method. It's with the price. for a trick with
piece of string. Really? No gimmicks, no bonus anything. Great trick, but far too expensive.

I like it - it makes sense - it is easy to carry - it baffles people and it is easy to do with a
little practice
Highly recommend it. My only question would be "where would I get extra strings
- as they would get dirty?"

This trick is great. It is easy to learn. It can be applied to ring on a string...I love it.
The teaching is great. The moves are really quite sweet...and you can have some real fun with
this one. The strings are nice. I like the changes that happen. You can really come up with quite
a clever routine on your own once you get these moves down...especially if you want to bring a ring
into this.
I'm already setting up my own routine now...Get it! I really think you'll like
this one.
