I can't believe that Paul Harris put his name behind it. If you like performing weak stunts and
gags and weak magic magic, then you might like this. If your goal is strong, powerful magic, then
avoid this. It will sit in your drawer after you first play with it. The gimmick was visible in
the performance section of the DVD. Not worth $10. This is the kind of crap that magicians need to
avoid. It weakens our art. Save your money!!! Don't let your curiosity waste your money.

This is not very good. I really don't like the position your hand has to be in for this effect. I
don't think it looks natural, and it screams how the effect is accomplished.

I had high expectations from the Paul Harris Presents project, and my expectations were exceded!
Yaya is an ingenious idea and an incredibly brilliant, yet simple holdout! It's tailored to work
with sharpie caps but with slight modifications it will work with just about any small object.
There are a few effects taught:
Basic Cap Vanish: Simple and great. A sharpie cap
disappears from your clenched fist and reappears in your other hand. Great effect to do while
someone is signing a card. 8/10
Visual Cap Vanish: Another great effect to do while a card
is being signed. A marker cap is visually snorted up the nose and coughed back up! not the best
angles, but a really fun and fooling effect. 9/10
Chewed Cap: This is a pretty clever idea.
An orange sharpie cap transforms into a baby carrot. The cap is then produced in a visual and
awesome way. Cute. 7/10
Yaya Phone: A neat idea. The magician "traps" a dollar in his
phone. The dollar is the dumped out of the phone. I really like this. 8/10
Visual Yaya
Phone: Similar to the previous effect bone done visually. However, I really do not like it because
the moves look awkward. 5/10
Torn and Restored Bill: Awesome. This was my trick of the dvd.
A super visual torn and restored bill done with a borrowed bill and a great built in presentation.
I've used this, and it kills! 10/10
YAYA Coin: While most of the teaching is done by Joe
Russell, Jesse himself teaches how to encorparate Yaya with coins. It looks a little awkward, but
it's pretty cool. Bonus points for allowing you to do the easiest invisible retention vanish. 7.5/10
Poker Chip Vanish:
The DVD comes with two custom poker chips. One is slightly
gimmicked and it allows you to encorparate Yaya with it. This is basically the same thing as the
basic cap vanish but done with a poker chip. I like this quite a bit. 8/10
Yaya Transpo:
Another killer effect! This utilizes the poker chip. Basically, a poker chips visually transforms
into a quarter. While the effect is beautiful, it doesn't really make sense. However, I've done some
work on this routine and made into great showpiece in my act! 9/10
From this Dvd, I've
added two effects to my repitoire (T&R Bill and Yaya transpo) and I am thinking about doing the
Visual Yaya cap vanish while a card is being signed. This is a great Dvd and there is truly
something for everyone!

What is so good about this is that the object vanishes and then reappears without needing a move or
reset in between. DVD is excellent and covers everything. Buy the refills if you want to save
looking for them later. A great idea that you will use if you want the entire DVD.
