Po Cheng is awesome! great DVD. The moves however are difficult and take A LOT of work to master. The DVD was worth it just to watch him.

You get a nice little routine, and all the moves explained with english subtitles. I'm still waiting for my fan to practise, but the DVD seems to be a good source to learn from.
