First of all let's get the negatives out of the way: This is a "needy" effect meaning you're going
to have to supply a lot of your own materials. You're going to need a STANDARD back Bicycle deck. In
my area, everyone seems to be carrying the Mandolin backs these days, I had to go to several stores
before finding a Standard back deck. You're also going to need an internet connection to obtain the
instructions because there are none included, just a link to a password-protected set of videos on
Vimeo. Finally you're going to have to supply some magician's wax (which I did not have) or
double-sided tape to keep the envelope closed. I was expecting to get this trick and be able to
practice and perform right out of the box but that just wasn't the case.
As far as the
trick itself, I think it definitely has potential. One unfortunate thing NOT revealed on the promo
video is that there are 3 possible outcomes depending on what card the spectator stops at. The
"best" outcome is the only one demonstrated on the video. One of the other outcomes is manageable
but the third (and statistically the LEAST likely) is downright nasty. I've tried it out on family
and friends and when that 3rd ending comes-up it's just confusing to the them and doesn't have near
the wow-factor that the other two have.
Other than that I think its a nice packet trick
that when it hits it really amazes. The supplied envelope is actually a paper-like plastic that
should last much longer than a paper envelope. But my main gripe is that it comes pretty incomplete
out of the box and is up to you to gather the necessary materials to be able to perform. I would
have GLADLY spent $5 extra to have instructions and a complete deck included (other packet tricks in
this price range include everything needed). So that's why I'm giving it 3 stars.

I don't own this trick but I know exactly how it is achieved. This trick uses gimmicks. The deck is
gimmicked. The envelope is gimmicked. The prediction card is gimmicked. The deck is an old creation
by a man Named Koran.
It Doesn't look like a terrible package for the price you pay but
Peter Nardi's knock'em Dead and Mark Mason's Freezone are better choices for the same effect.
Nardi's uses no envelopes or wallets and mason's uses a nice Z fold wallet with envelopes.
Personally, I prefer Knock'em Dead the best. I wouldn't buy this Hands free Prediction. For
little more money you can get one of the classier versions of this with Knock'em Dead or Freezone.
I would rate this ** not because it isn't a good effect, because it is but because it is a
very old idea rehashed and not even presented with nice props. It's just a plain white envelope that
you could easily make yourself.

The first two reviews on this trick inspired me to write my own. People must expect real magic when
they buy tricks because I can not believe how this trick is not getting awesome reviews. Ignore the
first two comments.
This trick is awesome. It is simple to do, pure in effect, direct, and
for the most part able to be examined. I say that with a grain of salt because if they actually
examine the deck closely they will see something but the cards themselves are not gimmicked, meaning
not specially printed.
I also own Knock em Dead 2. I also own Inexplicable. BOTH have the
envelope or reveal heavily gimmicked and finicky. This is direct. ONE envelope and you can show the
entire face of the card! They can even see for themselves it is empty once the prediction is
removed. NEITHER of the others offer that. Yes the setup is the same. Yes there are four outs but
two of them are just finding the mate of the chosen card. Sure not as powerful but still great!
The cons? You can not turn the prediction card over. BIG DEAL! You can not let the spectator
closely examine the deck. WHO DOES THIS ANYWAY? You CAN spread to show a shuffled deck though so do
not fear that. I would even feel comfortable letting them handle the envelope. Just take it back to
do the reveal, show it empty and the trick is done. Four outcomes, two of which are only slightly
less impressive.
The pros: One deck, ONE envelope, can be done with a REGULAR deck with no
added cards. Has an ACAAN handling where instead of dealing they name a number then deal to that.
Spectator can handle the cards and even insert their finger inside the envelope to prove it is
empty. The envelope is made of a special plastic so will last a LONG time. Cleverly gimmicked
envelope holds two cards yet appears to only hold one. I could go on.
So yes there are four
possible outcomes but the effect to laypeople is AMAZING! This is as fair as it gets. BUY IT!

The first time I saw this effect, I was fooled, so I bought it. The setup is a one-time setup and it
is pretty simple. You are provided with all of the gimmicks needed, so all you need is an extra deck
of Bicycle cards. In addition to the gimmicked version, there is another version with an ordinary
deck of cards. Overall, this is one of my favorite card tricks I own and it will fool any spectator,
and possibly even other magicians. But it now!

I HAVE 2 SAY NOW Lynx "Include DVD disc instead of downloads that many times are gone in a few short
months for many reasons. A DVD will ad more value & SOMETIME WORTH MORE THAN THE TRICK. Do a test
market or contest before the release. Have magicians send in videos of ideas and routines. The video
will increase sales but only when U have better magic 2 offer a now new generation of performers and
much more informed AUDIENCE (HARDER 2 FOOL)I OFFER THIS INFORMATION AS A GIFT 2 help as a past
purchaser, full time professional performer, and magic creator. CARPE DIEM, Mysterio
HI,
I just put one star because I can't see the video, you send it to me but unfortunately
I cancel the mail, so I asked you 2 or 3 times to send me again.
Perhaps now I'll receive it
again.... perhaps

This is probably the worst trick ive bought prom penguin so far. I bought it expecting to have the
gimmick be in only one envelope and have it be self contained inside of that for walk around work so
that i could use a REGULAR deck of cards. That is not the case AT ALL. It requires a SPECIAL ORDER
of the deck and i am not happy about it one bit. The best thing i got out of this was a long lasting
envelope. thats it
Great effect and everything is simple.
Works 100%.
