This is a wonderful transformation effect. You can perform this as a standalone trick or in combination with tricks like spoon bending etc.

EFFECT: The performer shows a stainless steel spoon. He holds it vertically with one hand and with the other hand rubs the bowl of the spoon. Then all of a sudden the spoon transforms into a fork. The fork can be immediately handed out for examination.

Very easy to perform, however you will need to control your moves and come up with your own pattern. I found the gimmick a little stiff and awkward to use for a smooth performance. Simple, however it will take some practice to make it not so look obvious.
5 stars for prop quality, 3 stars for gimmick smoothness and very brief instructions.
