Not my best purchase. It's magnetic, as advertised, but otherwise it doesn't pass muster. First of
all, old Morgan dollars don't usually appear to be in such good shape. The face is usually worn,
unless it's an un-circulated coin (in which case it would be foolish to take it out of its sleeve
and use it for a magic trick). I handed this to a friend and asked her to "check out this old coin."
She immediately said it looked fake. The weight is wrong too. It's way too light. And, worst of all,
it doesn't "clink" like a regular coin. Drop it on the table and it sounds like a piece of plastic.
Bottom line, if nobody is going to handle the coin, and you're working at a distance, it might have
limited usefulness. Otherwise, I wouldn't buy it. I had intended to use the coin for a "which hand"
type of effect. But, I guarantee you that if you hand this coin to someone, you'll be busted before
you even get started.
