This was probably the most disappointing Ickle Pickle product I've ever purchased. The moment I unwrapped it, the smell of dead fish (I wish I was kidding) hit me in the face. The inner-most tube, and especially the base, smell like the dumpster outside of a Red Lobster.

The base appears to be made of aluminum, and had several noticeable dents in it, as well as what looks like smudges of black paint. The top of the inner-most tube also has scuff marks, similar to the ones cheap sunglasses get when you drop them on the pavement.

I did my best to clean the base with a damp cloth and a bit of soapy water. After doing this, the cleaning cloth was black with some kind of soot and/or paint. Even after the cleaning, the fishy smell persisted. For a prop as expensive as this, I'm very unhappy.

My Crystal Silk Cylinder arrived in a larger order of items, but was not packaged. It was simply wrapped in bubble wrap. It did not have it's own box. Did I receive a used one? Perhaps one that someone had previously used for a goldfish production? The answer is unclear. One thing is for certain. I will not be purchasing another one of these!

The best Crystal Cylinder i ever bought. The plexiglas tubes are solid, and exquisite made. 100% recommended !
