Ok, so this is a variation of another trick with bubbles, but it takes it to another place. If you
play for kids this is a wonderful trick and it looks like great magic. Picking the bubble out of the
air always brings a smile to the faces of everyone but when you then turn it into a sucker, it's a
great variation and makes it even more kid friendly. Easy to do and the video explanation is simple.
You'll be able to do this with a little practice in about 20 minutes or less. I like it and I'd buy
it again.

The price is little too high for what you get, you need to use one brand of lollipop, other doesn't
feet well , I have bought lollipop with a little bit smaller stick , didn'the work well , so I had
added a small piece of clear sticker, on the hall. In the tutorial he didn't explained how to deal
with other brands of lollipops, you need to figure it out by yourself. The good news that it's very
easy handling. You need to practice for one move with one handed , it took me 15 minutes practicing
till the memory of the muscle hand get use for it. you have other move using both hands for lazy
people and it doesn't need practice . After you'll own one of this you could gimmicked any other
bubble container for cheaper cost.

I bought this at Blackpool.
I normally make balloons for kids but this far more impressive and
gets great reactoins. I use Chuppa Chups lollipops... giving away maybe 10 per two hour gig... so
only slightly more expensive than a balloon.
I cannot speak for other cheaper brands of
lollipops but it just works!
There are two moments of wonder, first when you pluck a bubble out
of the air and secondly when you turn the bubble into the lollipop.
I have dispensed with the
bubble container and use a mix where the bubble do not pop... this allows the kids to kind of grab a
bubble too but they are not able to hold it for long and selling the shake to lollipop is a lot more
believable.
If you you tablehop and perform to kids... this is a must have!!! - just don't
be tight with your lollipop brand.
Ok, so I've read the other reviews and two are ragging it. Ridiculous, this is a GREAT trick for
kids and they are amazed by it as well as their parents. It's fun, it's easy and if you do Kid
Shows, you'd be doing yourself a disservice if you don't consider it for your show. Seriously,
complaining at the hole in the gimmick being too small? Well, if it is, "modify" it slightly, would
take about a minute to do...maybe? Mine was fine and works with Dum Dums perfectly for me. It's
well worth it in my opinion to pick up.
The ball is roughly half the size shown in the video. The hole for the stick is roughly 1/16-1/8"
deep so no stick can fit in the hole in order to do the move to 'turn it into a lollypop', if you
try the ball will fly away because the stick isn't deep enough. Frankly, this should have been sold
as a cheap download. It's got some decent ideas as expansions to the classic 'Wonder Bubble' like
the wand being attached to the cap and some other improvements, but overall this cannot be performed
as it comes and is not worth even 1/4 of the price. I have modified my Wonder Bubble set to have the
modifications needed to perform this, but do you know how hard it is to drill a straight hole in a
sphere???
For clarity, I purchased from my local magic dealer, special order straight from the
distributor, not Penguin.

The hole on the bubble is too large for a "Dum Dum" (commonly found lollipop the size of the
bubble). Since it is too large, the "bubble" falls off the stick easily making it difficult if not
impossible to perform the visual one hand change to a lollipop. I've looked for other lollipops,
but the sticks are too big and the "pop" is much larger than the "bubble" provided. They do offer a
not so amazing alternative of covering the bubble with a silk (provided) for the switch. I would
have not included a silk (most magicians have one and if not, a paper napkin would do just fine) and
I would have paid attention to the diameter of the hole in the bubble that is supposed to receive
the lollipop stick. If it's a different brand of lollipop that works, that information as well as
the source to purchase should have been provided. As a result I spent time and money trying to find
one that fits & so far, no luck. Cute idea, but not a functional prop.
