Will last two OR three shows because it is printed on 80 weight flimsy chrome paper. The entire thing won't last as long as a Newsweek magazine on a park bench.

t holds all the oil that your fingers can muster like a flimsy brochure.

If the manufacturer would only had cared enough to make it on decent material.

When I thought of MUMMY MAGIC for my seasonal shows at Children's Fairyland Park, I wanted something light to begin a set and this seemed a good bet. It looks wonderful and while it's no serious mystery it's fun and different, which was the upside...but is really fragile which is the downside.

Also, I discovered there was no internet address to access the instructions. I got that from a friend and started working with the prop. I was very careful and, in five performances and weeks of rehearsals, had only one minor tear which I fixed with clear tape...

In performance I discovered it played MUCH stronger than I ever imagined! The audience liked the character graphics, were surprised when the Mummy"speaks"(ventriloquism is SO much easier, wearing that mask...), were truly astonished by the "bandages" (a mouth coil)and gave a BIG laugh at the sight of the Mummy in his boxer shorts.

Altogether it was SO well received that I am sorry it isn't more sturdy and I'm trying to decide what to do about that. So... an easy 5 for effect, but only 2 for construction.

I bought mummy magic. I find it a very creative and fun idea. The material is light but strong. It is easy to do and very visual. I congratulate the creator.

I love performing this effect, and the material is quite durable, so I don’t know what the other reviewer was saying that the trick get like a Newsweek magazine paper. The only downside is that the elastic the retracts the mummy’s hand tend to get stuck and won’t retract. So I gotta maneuver it. It’s all practice, but I do love the trick. Heck! I’ll give it 5 stars no trick is perfect, right?
