Priced at $3.75 there is not much more you can ask for from this small book.
Price-
Excellent
It seems pretty old when you first get it. It is copyright 1980; just to put things in
perspective...It is 15 pages long and teaches things pretty fast. It is still new though, it just
looks old.
Packaging Quality- Paperback-Good
The teaching in this book is pretty bad. There
are hand-drawn pictures and stuff, but it is difficult to master. I had to look for a video demo to
learn it along with the book.
Teaching Quality- Low
This trick is very advanced and takes
lots of practice and learning if you have begun magic, so I dont recommend to beginners. It
requires you to do some sleights that aren't taught like false shuffles, etc.
Level- Advanced
The trick itself is pretty simple. A card is selected and lost in deck. You show a convincing
rubber band around the deck. You make it vanish and reappear around the selected card. Then it goes
from the selected card to back around the deck!
Trick- Good
On the last page, the book gives
a small bonus of an alternative way to start the routine.
Overall, I had been doing magic for
around a year and a half, so it wasnt too difficult for me to master. I tried it out, and it got me
some pretty good reactions. It isnt just a look I found your card routine, it actually is a
rubber band I found your card full routine on fire! It is pretty good, but lost a star for bad
teaching.
Overall-Good

This is a good effect in 3 phases easy to do, the 3 phase is more tricky than the others, if you
know more moves of card magic you can do a hand twist of the moves describes and look so great this
effect.
I hear about an effect called "Ringnature" that is similar to this, but I have to say...this is the
only effect I do consistently at the bar. I purchased this long ago, and you guys are lucky to be
able to get it at this price from Penguin. Buy and learn this effect, it's great!
