This book came highly recommended from the Bizarre Community on the Magic Cafe and they were correct. It is an outstanding and easy to read tome. Lots of pitches try to sell magic books and videos based on what you will learn between the lines. Spirit Theatre is chock full of this sort of information about how to build your character and create atmosphere for your seance. I found the history section at the beginning of the book fascinating and the education about running a Seance throughout the rest of the book very useful. Only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is the editing as there a noticeable amount of typos. Overall, a great purchase if you want to into Seance or Bizarre magic.

I was very pleased that this included an in depth history of seances and the spirit theater. This is an excellent book to relax and enjoy in front of the fireplace on cold nights.
And you will learn some amazing theatrical techniques and illusions too.
