Everything is great until something goes wrong , Penguin is great , but once it passes a certain amount of time you need to go directly thru studio@hugoshelley.com, if you have a problem. I thought sansminds was crap . We have a new champion , Hugo wont even answer your email if theres a trace of problem in there. After purchase customer service is null and void . If you have a problem with your unit not working your screwed because non of the chumps a hugo and co. will help you.Just want to warn anyone about to buy anything off these clown chumps . Hugo ,you skinny little weasel , hope I bump into you one day ...
Uh what? I had an issue with my device not charging anymore; I emailed Hugo, sent my device over to the UK and he fixed it for me free of charge, and wished me happy holidays. So I am not sure I can agree with what you're saying. Sorry you had a bad experience.
