The quality of the product is ok, but the shipment was quite delayed. I ordered it for an event on Saturday and placed the order on Momday after reading Penguin's promise saying the shipment will be made the next day, but it didn't get shipped out until a few days later, and when I finally received it, it's already after the event. I paid for the shipping too, so it wasn't free, yet it was delayed without reason.
