I have always been a much bigger fan of "magician in trouble" plots than "sucker tricks" or other
situations where the spectator is the "target," like break-away-wand, for instance. However, most
of the MIT plots seem either really contrived or the climax can be seen a mile away. Larry
Jennings' "Sucker Punch" was an exception and the things that Mr. Wilson has done to streamline the
plot and presentation are simply awesome. Once you get the basic count down (it took about five
minutes), you can pick up any deck and do this just about as impromptu as you like.
